Weinsteins Want Dispute Over 'Hobbit' Profits in Public Court

The brothers file a motion to suspend an arbitration initiated by Warner Bros. Earlier this month, Harvey and Bob Weinstein sued Warner Bros. and its New Line division, claiming that they are entitled to a percentage of revenue from the second and third Hobbit films.
